Bad days happen. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be prepared. Set some time aside today to prep a plan for the next time you’re not feeling quite right. The next time you need it, you won’t have to think about it.
Every good “bad day plan” should include a few simple to-do’s like taking a shower or clearing off your night stand, and a list of special activities too. Think going to the movies, heading to a museum, or grabbing lunch with a friend. It’s also a good idea to take note of people (or three-digit lifelines) you know you can call if it’s an extra bad day.
