The 2023 Safety Spooktacular is a long-time family-friendly trick-or-treating event off Main Street. Safety Spooktacular aims to bring the Broken Arrow community together in a large block party spanning seven city blocks, with a focus on public safety. There will be tons of candy, hot dogs, popcorn, water, Broken Arrow Police and Fire, a live band, bounce houses, and countless giveaways. Everything is FREE! More than 100 other organizations will be lined up and down the Rose District handing out candy and resources. Plus, there will once again be a costume contest! First National Bank in Broken Arrow is sponsoring the prizes. You can sign up for the contest at First National Bank that evening.
