Practice Self Love
Today’s the day to treat yourself…to some positive self talk. To love yourself is to know and accept yourself, and it’s deeper than a massage or a luxurious bubble bath. Self love comes in the form of forgiving yourself, setting healthy boundaries, and consciously being nice to your brain.
Journaling and daily affirmations are quick ways to work some self love into each day. So get to it! It’s not easy work, but it’s good work.
